Business portal: Partial visibility of other organizations enrollment in the context of a personal program.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Summary
A key contact only has access to information of enrollments, attendances, orders, invoices and participants that are linked to orders that are placed for the organization they are key contact for. So information that is linked to personal orders or to orders of other organizations isn't visible in the business portal, with one exception. That exception will be explained in this article.
Enrollment visibility
A key contact can go to the business portal of their organization. In the business portal it's possible to see the personal program from program enrollments that are ordered by their own organization. In the personal program overview they can see:
Status
Result
Grade
Certificate

Edge case: mixing different organizations enrollments in one personal program
If you use Eduframe's programs, enrollments ordered by a different organization can be linked to a personal program. This can happen automatically, in case there is an exact edition match. Or it can be done manually by an admin. An admin can also choose to register an exemption, which are similar in that they are also results from another context.
Example
The Management Master (2021) was ordered by Allianz (organization order) for their employee Becky Grant.

Becky Grant already completed the course Accounting & Finance at her previous employer Altran. Therefore the admin will link an existing enrollment to her personal program.

The admin chooses the right enrollment to link.

This enrollment was created by Altran (through an organization order).

Admin links this course enrollment (created by Altran) to the personal program of Becky Grant (created by Allianz)

Result
Now the key contact Jessica Clark from Allianz can see the personal program of Becky Grant, including the enrollment that was created by Altran. Jessica Clark will only be able to see the result of Becky Grant (passed/not passed) in order to make sure as little information from the other organization enrollment is disclosed as possible. The same applies to any exemptions registered in the context of a personal program. Key-contacts will only be able to see the result (passed/not passed) of exemptions in the business portal.
Note: If the order of an organization is removed, but the resulting enrollments are kept, a key-contact is no longer able to see the enrollments in the business portal of the organization
